Program disclosure
Rocky is not a lender, does not offer loans, and does not provide credit repair, legal or tax advice. Debt settlement is not right for everyone. Results vary and are not guaranteed; not all debts are eligible and not all creditors will agree to settle. Programs typically take 24 to 48 months to complete when all payments are made. Fees are charged only after a debt is settled and a payment is made, and are a percentage of the enrolled debt. During the program, accounts may become or remain delinquent, which can hurt your credit score, increase balances through late fees and interest, and lead to collection activity or lawsuits. Forgiven debt may be considered taxable income. Read and understand all program materials before enrolling. Not available in all states.

With your authorization, we obtain your credit profile through Spinwheel Solutions, Inc., a consumer reporting agency. This is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score. You can request your consumer report, dispute information, or revoke access at https://spinwheel.io/consumer-support. You can also get free credit reports at https://www.annualcreditreport.com.
