This Privacy Policy explains how Rocky Ventures LLC, doing business as Rocky ("Rocky," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use heyrocky.com and our services. We are a financial services company, so some of your information is also protected by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone number, email, date of birth, the types of debt you have, how much you owe, and the status of your accounts.
- Credit and debt information: with your written authorization, we obtain your credit profile and account details (creditors, balances, payment status) through Spinwheel Solutions, Inc., a consumer reporting agency. This is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score.
- Verification information: one-time codes sent by text to confirm your identity.
- Consent records: the date, time, IP address, browser details and the exact disclosure text you agreed to.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, clicks, referring site, and advertising identifiers and click IDs (such as UTM tags, fbclid, gclid and ttclid), collected through cookies, pixels and session recording tools.
- Call and message records: recordings and transcripts of calls and texts with our team, which may be monitored for quality, training and compliance.
How we use it
- To review your debts and tell you whether you may qualify for a debt relief program
- To contact you by phone, text and email, as you consented
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud
- To connect you with Alleviate Financial Solutions LLC, which provides settlement services if you enroll
- To keep records of your consent and meet legal obligations
- To improve our website and measure our advertising
We use credit information only for the purpose you authorized: evaluating your debts and eligibility for debt relief. We never use it to market unrelated products, and we never sell it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Text messaging
Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar tools for site functions, analytics and advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising where required by law.
Your choices and rights

- Your FCRA rights: you can request your consumer report and dispute inaccurate information with Spinwheel or the credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), and get free reports at https://www.annualcreditreport.com
- State privacy rights: depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Information covered by GLBA or FCRA may be exempt from some of these rights. Submit requests to privacy@heyrocky.com or (305) 555-0147. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for using your rights. You may use an authorized agent.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and vendor oversight, consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule. No system is perfectly secure. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, including keeping consent and credit authorization records for at least 5 years.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
